I was born and raised in Los Angeles but made my home in San Diego after enlisting in the Marine Corps at the age of 18. I traveled to many different countries, learned how to be a leader, made a lot of long lasting friendships, and best of all met my beautiful wife and mother of my three daughters. I began helping families purchase and refinance their homes in July of 2004 just after finishing my enlistment in the Marines. I’ve been blessed to have helped hundreds of families achieve their goals of home ownership. There are very few things that are more satisfying to me than telling a family that we have closed escrow and they can now move into their new home.
I realize not every client is going to have perfect credit, income, or assets, and for this reason I pride myself on being able to guide and educate buyers on the best way for them to improve their financial situation so that they can buy a home in the future. Unfortunately, some of the most under-served clients I have worked with are in the Veteran and Hispanic community. There is a great need for education in terms of the benefits of home-ownership in both communities and this is why I have specialized in helping both Veterans and Spanish speaking borrowers. My goal is to educate, guide, and empower buyers so that they understand their options and make the best home buying decisions for themselves and their families.
